Enable Guest Tickets

The guest tickets feature allows users to create tickets without having a user account on your website. You can allow guest tickets from the General Setting of SupportCandy. Go to Dashboard > Support > General > Allow to create new tickets and select “Guest” option to enable the guest ticket feature.
