Designer Responsibilities

• Conceptualize creative ideas with clients.
• Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices for client websites.
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, sitemaps and wireframes.
• Setup client site
• Create and layout pages based on the communicated ideas and goals
• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
• Review and revise pages and functionality with clients.

Designer Requirements

• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• WordPress theming experience
• Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Computer with reliable internet connection
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability for video meetings with team and clients.
